This policy explains what we collect on this page, why, and your choices. It applies to David AI Academy for Realtors, operated by I Launch U LLC (“iLaunch U”, “we”).

What we collect

• What you type in the registration form: your name, email, mobile phone and (optionally) your type of business.
• Whether you ticked the text-message consent box, the exact wording you agreed to, and the date and time you ticked it.
• How you found us: the ad or link parameters in the page address (for example utm_source and utm_campaign).
• Standard browsing data collected by the Meta Pixel (see below).

We do not ask for payment details, Social Security numbers or health information on this page. This page is not intended for anyone under 18.

How we use it

• To register you for the free workshop and send you the Zoom link and reminders.
• To follow up about the workshop and the David AI Academy for Real Estate.
• If you opted in, to send you text messages with information, reminders and offers.
• To keep a record of your consent, as the law requires.

Text messages (SMS)

We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your number and your text-message consent are used only for iLaunch U to contact you.

Ticking the box is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Who processes your data

• GoHighLevel — our CRM, where your registration is stored and from which emails and texts are sent.
• Zoom — hosts the live workshop.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — the Meta Pixel on this site uses cookies to measure our ads and show relevant ads. You can control ad preferences in your Meta account settings and block cookies in your browser.
• Vercel — hosts this website.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration while we have a business relationship with you or until you ask us to delete it. Consent records are kept as long as needed to show compliance.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails (link in every email) and texts (reply STOP). Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights; we honor them for everyone. We do not sell personal information.
