By using this site or registering for the workshop, you agree to these terms with I Launch U LLC (“iLaunch U”, “we”).

1. The free workshop

Registration is free and does not require payment information. We may change the date or time, or cancel a session; if we do, we'll notify registered attendees by email.

2. Educational content, no guaranteed results

The workshop and the David AI Academy are educational. Any examples shown are illustrations, not promises. Your results depend on your effort, your business and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific income, sales or outcome.

3. The Academy

The paid Academy program, if you choose to join, is offered under its own written agreement, which sets out its price, scope and the “we work on it together until it's launched” commitment. Nothing on this page is an offer of that program until you sign that agreement.

4. Third-party tools

Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Zoom and other tools mentioned are owned by their respective companies, which are not affiliated with us. You are responsible for your own accounts with them and for their fees and terms.

5. Text messages and email

If you opt in, you agree to receive marketing and informational texts from iLaunch U. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

6. Recording and conduct

Live sessions may be recorded. Please be respectful; we may remove anyone who disrupts a session.

7. Intellectual property

Workshop materials are ours. You may use what you learn in your own business, but you may not resell or redistribute the materials.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or the free workshop.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
